At last, I was able to get my hands on some of the products from The Mane Choice‘s Pink Lemonade & Coconut Collection.

When this line came out, it was hard for me to find all of the products at the same time. It was either sold out at the stores close to me or just not enough inventory. If I remember correctly, I think I purchased the Conditioner and stored it for use at a later time.

Anywho, a couple of weeks ago, Sally’s Beauty had a BUY 2, GET ONE FREE deal. I took advantage of this sale and bought the Curl Boosting Sherbet from the Pink Lemonade & Coconut Collection, which I used as my styler for the first time last weekend.

Let’s talk about how this product smells exactly like Pink Lemonade, more prominent than the Coconut.

I love the coconut because coconut oil not only gives you lots of shine but it also helps with healthy hair growth, which is why I do my hot oil treatments with it.

As per usual, I am always overly nervous when it comes to trying new products, especially a styler. I set my twists with this sherbet with knots in my tummy, worried about what my hair would look like the next morning.

Day 1 Twistout

Mark my words, I have NEVER used a product since I began my natural hair journey that provided “perfect” definition that also lasted this long!

The product is very thick in terms of consistency and you really don’t need a whole lot of it and you’ll be able to tell how much is enough as you part/section your hair for your twists.

Another great thing I noticed with this sherbet is I had NO frizz, which is amazing because it made my twistout look even better.

As the label states, I agree that this product is a definite Texture Beautifier!

Day 3 Twistout

I usually use 2 products to set my twists for my twistout but I am so glad that I gave this product a chance, which will now replace the two I’ve been using (no shade).

This product is beyond great that there really isn’t much to say about it but “GO BUY IT”!

Where To Buy: I purchased mine at my local Sally’s Beauty store but I think that it is always available at Walmart, Target and Rite Aid.
